Aplikację publikuje w Google Play deweloper KLIMKO (Piotr Klimko, Polska), dalej „my”. W sprawach dotyczących tej polityki lub Twoich danych napisz na klimko.apps@gmail.com.
Jakie dane zbieramy
Nie zbieramy, nie przechowujemy i nie sprzedajemy żadnych danych osobowych. Aplikacja nie wymaga konta i nie prosi o imię, e-mail, kontakty, zdjęcia ani lokalizację.
Twoje rekordy i ustawienie dźwięku jest zapisywany wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu. Nie trafia do nas i znika po odinstalowaniu aplikacji lub wyczyszczeniu jej danych.
Reklamy
Niektóre wersje aplikacji wyświetlają reklamy dostarczane przez Google AdMob. Aby wyświetlać, mierzyć i ograniczać reklamy oraz zapobiegać nadużyciom, Google może zbierać z urządzenia informacje takie jak identyfikator reklamowy, adres IP, informacje o urządzeniu i aplikacji, przybliżoną lokalizację ustaloną na podstawie adresu IP oraz interakcje z reklamami.
W Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii aplikacja przed wyświetleniem reklam spersonalizowanych prosi o zgodę za pomocą narzędzia Google. Wybór możesz zmienić w ustawieniach aplikacji. Identyfikator reklamowy możesz też zresetować lub usunąć albo wyłączyć reklamy spersonalizowane w ustawieniach Google na urządzeniu.
Google przetwarza te dane zgodnie z własnymi zasadami: Jak Google wykorzystuje informacje z witryn i aplikacji, które korzystają z jego usług oraz Polityka prywatności Google.
Dzieci
Aplikacja jest quizem geograficznym dla ogółu odbiorców i nie jest skierowana przede wszystkim do dzieci. Świadomie nie zbieramy danych osobowych dzieci. Reklamy w aplikacji są ograniczone do treści odpowiednich dla wszystkich odbiorców.
Twoje prawa
Ponieważ nie przechowujemy Twoich danych osobowych, nie mamy czego udostępnić, poprawić ani usunąć. W sprawie danych przetwarzanych przez Google na potrzeby reklam skorzystaj z ustawień opisanych wyżej lub skontaktuj się z Google. Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Zmiany
Jeśli zmienimy sposób, w jaki aplikacja obchodzi się z danymi, zaktualizujemy tę stronę i datę jej obowiązywania.

Who we are
Stolice Europy – QUIZ is published on Google Play by the developer KLIMKO (Piotr Klimko, Poland), referred to here as “we”. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at klimko.apps@gmail.com.
Data we collect
We do not collect, store or sell any personal data. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location.
Your best scores and the sound setting is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Advertising
Some versions of the app show advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from the IP address and how you interact with ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s consent tool. You can change your choice in the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device’s Google settings.

Children
The app is a general audience geography quiz and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads in the app are limited to content suitable for a general audience.
Your rights
Because we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the controls described above or contact Google. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and its effective date.
